Information we do not collect
- Your weight, height, age, sex, body fat percentage, or any calculator inputs.
- Calculator results, goal weights, or planning data.
- Real names, postal addresses, phone numbers (unless you email them to us).
Information that may be collected automatically
Our hosting provider, security services, and any analytics or advertising partners we use may collect standard server logs and tracking data, including:
- Your IP address (typically for a short period, for security and abuse-prevention).
- Your browser type, language, and operating system.
- The pages you visit and the links you click on the site.
- The referring URL (the website that sent you to us).
Cookies and local storage
We use a tiny amount of local browser storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and, optionally, calculator data you choose to save (such as Adaptive TDEE entries). This data is stored only on your device.
